Eytan is pronounced like "Akon" with a "T" and Embassy is pronounced like "Embassy."
On the heels of their highly acclaimed single and music video "Everything Changes," Brooklyn quintet Eytan and The Embassy just released their debut album Everything Changes on October 9. It includes guest performances from members of OK Go, Lockskley, and Nicole Atkins.
Eytan and the Embassy formed in late 2009 and has played major festivals like Summerfest and Isle of Wight and opened for OK Go, The Hold Steady, Old 97s, and Company of Thieves, but it wasn't until the release of their single "Everything Changes" this summer that a wider audience took notice. The video for the single has gained 550,000 views on YouTube and continues to build, sparking features from CNN, Huffington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Maxim, MTV Buzzworthy and NY Magazine.
The clip also went into rotation on MTVU and received raves from Neil Patrick Harris, Deadmau5, Ryan Seacrest, Weird Al Yankovic, and Harry Shum Jr.
