I'm an Azeri..you can call me Türk,it doesn't matter ..because we belong to the Oghus Turks(Todays Türkmens,Turkey-Türks,Azerbaycan-Türks)
My birthplace is Azerbaycan,Baki(baku), you have to know the geopolitical situation of my country, because of wars in ancient time, it is devided in 2 parts, the most Azerbaijani Turks live in the state of Iran ( that's because persia was ruled by Turk people), it could be that there live 20.mio-30.mio, and in the borders of (offical Azerbaijan) [ Azerbaycan ] ...hm..around 9-10. mio Azeris, however,...i'm an Azeri-Turk..our language is very similar, only the accent and pronouncing different,......esen olsun menim böyük türük igittlerime !...yasha böyük azerbaycan menim ulu vetenim!
