I am having some technical difficulties posting some of my videos and shorts to my page. Here is the 7-Day Makeover Challenge.
Day 1 Positive Self-Talk
Having positive things to say to yourself daily is key to overcoming guilt associated with caregiving. 3 positive things about yourself to focus on include your purpose as a caregiver, your attitude, and your ability to learn by doing.
Day 2 Create a Comfortable Space in Your Home--
A place to sit and reflect or relax is good for the psyche. My comfortable spaces are my reading nook for journalling, puzzles, and reading. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4r6H... My vanity area for personal care and to see the state of how I look to myself and others. Finally, my sunroom is where I can chat with friends while enjoying my backyard or nature on a cold day.

Day 4 Move your body
Exercise whether 5 or 10 minutes is great for the body. Being sedentary helps you mentally as well as physically.

Day 6 Self-Check in
Ask yourself 3 questions. How do you feel right now? (Physically and mentally) How can you make things better or easier for yourself? What are you concerned about right now that you feel is challenging in your life.
The check-in is geared toward making you think about how you feel and what you need.
Day 7 Review your budget
Our financial means can make us happy or sad. Take a look at your finances and budget to ensure that your needs are being met and if not. Make decisions to improve or modify your finances or income.
