My Dandy's World oc

His ability is almost the same as Vee's active ability but can highlight Toons and Twisteds for 5 sec and a cooldown is 45 sec.
I'm still planning about this twisted version and his trinket, his twisted version can't roam around just like Rodger and RnD.
