It's hard to go through something difficult and not protect yourself. But hard has never stopped you before and it's not going to stop you now.

I used to think it was all about convincing myselt that I was worthy now.
But when I realized the only reason I felt unworthy is because I was attaching my worth to external circumstances like how much money I made, how attractive I thought I was, and how successful my business was this month..
I realized it was a trap and began to set myself free.
it's OK that things weren't perfect because I can always do better, and if I'm as worthy, as I will ever be right now, based on external circumstance, then there's not really any room for growth.
And growth is like the magic sauce for life.
I love to grow.
And so what I have realized is that I am worthy, not because I am perfect. But because I choose to grow regardless

Each of us have a unique essence like a single star in the night sky
An authentic expression that can never be duplicated
It's not about being âperfectâ, always happy or making as much money as possible
It's about being who we are.
Once we understand this, we start to work with ourselves rather than against ourselves.
In this human life there are many energies for us to deal with such as relationships, financial stresses, difficult emotions like fear, grief, pain & disappointment, as well as our shadow selves.
We are not here to transcend the human experience by escaping from it but rather to become one with it, the creator of it. With the choices we make and what we do with these energies we forge ourselves into who we become and in doing so become the architects of our own destiny.
like weaving a tapestry, everyone has access to the same threads, the same energies, but what we make out of them is our unique expression.
Guided in every moment by our power to choose.
What we do, who we are and what we perceive.
As we weave our individual unique tapestry we are together weaving the tapestry of humanity.
As we choose how we navigate the energies that come into our lives we decide what we contribute to the whole.
What patterns will end with us, what will continue and what will be created and contributed to the greater whole.
What you do and who you become matters more than you can possibly imagine.
So live your life like it is the most important thing in the world.
For once you understand this, a simple truth becomes so clear.
You truly matter.
What you do with that, is up to you.
