My Channel is about Blues guitar as I understand it and interpret it. I've been playing slide or bottleneck, as it's also known, for years now. I like to play Electric Blues, Country Blues, Open G, Open A, Open E, Open D, Open D and G Minor or cross note tuning. I also love Dropped D Tuning and a few others.
The lessons I give are not note for note renditions of the songs I love. Some people want to learn the Blues Songs note for note. That's great, and there are a lot of great players and guitar teachers on Youtube who teach that stuff.
My goal is to show people how to get around the guitar neck and find the places and licks or chords the old Blues guys played, whether it be in standard tuning or open tuning.
