About Me:
I’m a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, E-RYT® 500, YACEP, and Yoga Therapist with 20+ years of experience. I’ve studied extensively in the US and abroad with the most distinguished teachers, including B.K.S. Iyengar and Dr. Geeta Iyengar in India. I’m a lifelong student of yoga, committed to ongoing learning and growth.
