Yesterday, I spent my evening with family & I was reminded how little one needs in order to feel fulfilled.
A good meal, a great night of laughter with family & a little bit of wine will make you realize that it doesnât take much to be happy,

Interesting 48 Hours
Want to keep you in the loop as to what has happened in the last 48 hoursâŠ
But before I do so, I want to share an important lesson that I had forgotten from not having taken any major risks in the last few years.

As a successful entrepreneur, itâs easy to get fall in love with the comfort of financial freedom & forget how you got in your position in the first place,

As you know by now, Iâve decided to scale business from scratch live in front of hundreds of people in the next 4 weeks.
Earlier this week, we had found a closer who was ready to partner with us in this venture, but 11pm Tuesday - he ended up not being able to do it.
4 days before day 1 of the challenge, we still had no CEO for the company we were gonna scale
I know I know, itâs pretty crazy but itâs my fault, I love to RUSH things & my team hates it cause itâs the reason why we end up in situations like these.
I didnât panic, I actually slept pretty well that night and got a good 8 hours sleep.
How?
Well, Iâve built this muscle called stress tolerance from countless moments of making sh*t work and creating miracles, so I knew we were going to figure it out.

You Donât Dream Big
So you canât afford to win
I think I understand now why so many founders have a hard time succeeding.
Iâve always wondered how itâs possible for the same group of people to have access to the same opportunities, the same information, and the same costs, yet end up in completely different situations. Youâll see 80% of the group failing or achieving average results while the remaining 20% experience exponential growth in the same field.
The 80% always find a way to blame the opportunity, the information, the cost, etc. They never for one second think that they may be the problem, even when they can clearly see their peers winning in the same opportunity.
Do you want to know my hypothesis on why the 20% always find a way to win bigger and better than the 80%? I believe itâs because they can dream bigger.
When you start out in business, you expect that all you need to master is marketing, sales, operations, finance, leadership, hiring, managing, etc., right? Well, what if I told you that these skills are useless? Would you believe me?
What if I told you that the thing that makes me different and successful isnât how good I am at any of the skills above? What if I also told you that there is no framework around learning and mastering the thing that makes one great?

Anyone who uses that argument with nothing to back it is just a copy of a copy of someone who says it.
Last night I couldnât fall asleep because of this one thought..
Could it be possible that every business is a service business?
Like we hear people excited about starting SaaS companies but if you think about it itâs still a service based business that just decided to hire software engineers who can code & leverage a computer for inputs.
Or people saying that info is more scalable because you build it once & can sell it many times at zero marginal cost for a new user/consumer?
Infopreneurs or coaches are still technically agencies, it's just that the way they fulfill the service is more leveraged.
Or you have this trend that Hormozi made popular from moving to the private equity world, now everyone in the info space wants to build a portfolio of companies aha (me included hehe)
Private equity is still an agency business, youâre just acquiring leverage from two things - the way you fulfill & the compensation.
You can fulfill through advice or in the case of acquisition.com they help you source talent..which is still a leveraged activity as sourcing can be done through technology.
You get compensated not like a traditional agency would -> monthly retainers -> instead youâre compensated through OWNERSHIP of the Asset, which is the most leveraged pricing that exists.
All these business types have at the core SERVICE as their main foundation, they do something on your behalf to save you time so you donât have to waste any doing it yourself.

Acquire insights into how to solve a problem, market your process, sell it & start solving that problem for money.
Acquire leverage in the process of how you solve the problem (deliver the solution), leverage in the way you market, sell & most importantly in your pricing.
Acquire leverage through talent that thinks on your behalf & that can optimize for even more leverage.
When someone is trying to sell you something (including me) ask yourself -> does this person help me acquire the most optimal amount of leverage for the resources I have right now?
Or are they trying to sell me some low leverage tactics that will be here for a day and gone tomorrow.
The game is simple & easy, you just gotta be wiser than most people in your environment to thrive.
