You check the town bulletin, and find it layered with help wanted posters. Hostile creatures seems to be randomly appearing, but without a good reward, the requests stay on the board. You have some time to kill before the mayor's arranged meeting time, so why not kill some monsters for the locals?
I'll make a dungeon themed around the chosen option, from which players can unlock new items!

Glad you asked! The current target might be hard to reach, but maybe the obstacles surrounding it is gone in the future, so you could time skip forward to avoid the obstacles, and time skip back to reach the target! Since everything is reachable by chaining together time skips, the whole game could technically be finished in 5 seconds! Now that would be a crazy speedrun to watch!
