**"WHAT THE HECK IS A FURRY???!"**
A Furry is a fan of Anthropomorphism - the combining of animals with human characteristics. You may think its a brand new thing, but it's been around since the dawn of time.
Anthropomorphic creatures are everywhere: On television in kids shows or selling cereal, food and gasoline. They're on billboards, in movies, books, magazines, the comics section of the newspaper, mascots at sporting events, and the internet too.
So to put it simply and make it easy to understand: Furries are Animal Cartoon Art, Literature and Animation Fans!
I've been involved in the Furry Fandom since 2003 and have attended more than 30 conventions around the USA! I've met a lot of cool, crazy and creative furs and have had a blast filming them too.
