About
Nalan former known as slimgirl fat and part of the trio Gaddafi Gals released her debut album. What once began as "The Crying Tape" at the end of 2019 formed itself to "I'm Good. The Crying Tape". Songs that were produced during a year of lockdown, partly at home and in her little studio in Berlin.
A year full of time, insecurity, creative pressure, political changes and new focuses. "I'm Good. The Crying Tape" is her time machine back in her teenage years and dreams. As tears can bring pain, they also bring joy. So the literal meaning of her name Nalan does.
