"Dirges in the Dark" ~ the blind do NOT recognize the truth; therefore, we mourn near their darkness with the truth so evident...we sing a "dirge" because we mourn the truth seen and their blindness...which is a death..with the blind all around us...we sing a dirge and "lament" in their "darkness"...they are blind and can't see; therefore, are in the dark and "we sing dirges in the dark"...
