It is disappointing to see grown adults clogging up our roads with their ignorance and or arrogance. The Ohio law has been made clear with thousands of road signs but for unfounded or otherwise poor reasons people still seem to ignore this law. ORC 4511.25 states for interstate travel, traffic is to stay right except to pass but far too many unskilled drivers continue to break this law. The Ohio Troopers and highway patrol either are unaware of this law or refuse to enforce it. Here is where I decided to make educational videos about freeway and highway driving.
