The the 21st Century Board Leadership Model © was created by Dr. R A Fernando in June 2020 when a US Copyright was secured. Based on the model, the 21st Century Board Leadership Model Masterclass was launched in Luxembourg, Ireland, and Sri Lanka in 2020/21.

The first part of the model are the three emergencies (climate, health/social and economic) which require urgent action. The second part of the model are the three disruptors (technology, geopolitical and governance) which relies on having a strategic long-term mindset for mobilization and response. The book will include real life 21st Century Business Leadership case studies of world class business that have put the planet and people before profit. The 21st Century strategy template creates the oppurtunity for every leader to develop a company specific strategy for mobilization in the organization.
