About
Abstract artist from Ghana, currently based in Washington, DC. My paintings and sculptures create a visual language of elements and the spirit realm to understand time and space. My interest is in the connections that lie between elements, energy, humans, ancestry, and spirituality, all based on her Ghanaian roots. I take advantage of the performative nature of paint and collected natural materials, and their ability to be molded to create new forms to imitate elements in nature.
