After Character Spotlights #1 featured Arlechinno, who should be in CS#2?

Today i've picked up Neuvillette's c1! Now he has resistance to interruption, so it's not shield dependant, and also can run him with only 2 elements giving him further flexibility and freeing 1 slot for a repeated element; this will make him be able to run with Furina and get maximum a4 stacks.
Good thing is that i got 2 full patches to farm primos from!
