What's up everybody! Glad to see your happy, smiling faces! My name is Ryan and I started this channel as a way to share entertaining and informational videos about Bikram method Hot Yoga. You will have some laughs, you will learn some things, and most of all you will have a good time as we teach you about the benefits of yoga, what you can do to get the most out of your practice, and how to do the postures taught in the Bikram method.

I started this style of yoga because of my dad who started practicing at 60 years old and transformed his life, lowering his blood pressure, losing excess weight, and regulating his diabetes. 7 years later, I own a studio in California and just want to spread the love for yoga. Simple as that. BAM!
