Pure Star Movement- A MUSICAL FORCE LIKE NO OTHER!!! They have an out-of-the-ordinary style and poise that will catch listeners ears (and eyes) EVERYWHERE, and from their first show at the Artbeat Festival in South Bend, IN, in front of hundreds of people, they knew they were destined for greatness! Envision this: A band that has an alternative rock guitar driven sound, spread over urban, rhythmically chopped drumming, with basslines that rock hard!! This symbolic sound is complemented with smooth, soulful yet powerful vocals with emotion laden, dynamic lyrics. If that's not enough, Pure Star will leave you breathless with unforgettable, epic "BIG" string arrangements you could ONLY hear in movie film scores! They're euphoric stage preformance is not an act- it's a full, mental state of mind where the audience is entrapped in the scent of the music. This combined with their light show will leave fans with a feeling of bliss and triumph. They make music to cross all boundaries and to reach all people! This little truth was made known when the group first dropped their debut EP entititled 'The Demonstration EP". the release party was held at a venue with a capacity of 120. Little did they know people from all walks of life showed up and OVER CAPICITATED the venue, reaching upwards of over 200 people!! Thank goodness for the beautiful night and the huge glass windows for fans to stand outside and catch a glimpse of the show! Since then, they have traveled the U.S playing for hundreds and hundreds of people from this virtually unheard of band. Janurary of 2010 was a testament to them being no longer "un-heard." Pure Star Movement was invited to Bethel College, a local christian school to render the entertainment for a black history program. They arrived to see OVER 800 students sitting and standing with anticipation and excitement! But it April 17th, 2010 down in Clarksville, TN they played they're first show to LITERALLY THOUSANDS of people! This never-heard-of band owned the stage and almost sold out of every EP after the show.....57 copies to be exact to brand new and old fans alike!! To date, the band has sold over 800 copies of the $5 EP at their shows ONLY. NO internet, NO stores. Just a sick show and word of mouth. They impacted and rocked the town so hard, they were asked back to open up for they're flagship festival, "Riverfest," to open for world re-known rock band, Addison Road! Shortly after, PSM dove head first into the social media market and
