Team Building is one of Conflate World Dynamics Consultancy, Inc.'s (CWDCI) main services. It started facilitating corporate team-building events in 2018 and has catered to various industries across the country. Conflate Team Building is not your typical facilitator who uses parlor games but the one who creates its own and invests in them. Conflate patterns its program of activities to the 4 Stages of Organizational Development by Bruce Tuckman. We go through the Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing stages while keeping in mind the Vision, Mission, and Values (VMV) of the organization.

In Conflate, we play games but we mean business. In saying that, we mean that team-building is supposed to be more than having fun. You have to set your goals, and we process the results. Conflate provides a neutral ground for honest conversations, and finished with agreements or commitments on how to move forward after the team building.
