This is the official channel for SIREN, an American traditional metal band that was formed in Brandon, Florida in 1981. You can find all band links at SirenBand.us.
By 1986, the band had refined its sound and released three demos. The debut album, “No Place Like Home,” was released in 1986. Despite continued positive critical and fan response, SIREN went on hiatus in 1990. This break would span decades and seemed to be the end of the road until fate intervened.
At the request of fans from around the world, SIREN was offered the chance to reunite and perform at the KEEP IT TRUE festival in Germany in 2018. This journey was captured in the documentary film "I'm Too Old for This Sh*t! A Heavy Metal Fairy Tale." Since reuniting, the band has recorded two albums of new material - the most recent being "A Mercenary's Fate" in 2022. The new music continues in the vein of their influences such as Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Accept and Saxon, etc. but with a sound uniquely their own.
