Remember all those lovely organic apples I got here in Sardegna? Well this is my first creation: gluten and sugar free apple pie! Not having an oven (because I don’t yet have a kitchen in my unrenovated cheap Italian house), I cooked this at a friends house. Blessed to have friends who let me use their kitchen!

I love apples especially in the cooler months because I like to stew them and eat them warm with some cinnamon and/or yoghurt or cream!
A friend in my little village in Sardinia got these organic apples from a farmer here and I’m very excited to cook them up and eat them!
What would you do with all these apples?!
