Haebeat Dance Crew, established in 2022, is a student dance team aimed at creating an inclusive community in Waterloo for individuals enthusiastic about K-pop and dance. Our main activities involve teaching weekly K-pop dance tutorials, producing dance covers, and performing at various local festivals and events. We hope to build an environment where everyone can freely express themselves and create positive, unforgettable memories!
Haebeat is derived from the korean word, νλΉ/haebit (meaning sunshine) as well the rhythmic term, beat.
