Hello, friends. This is a truffle hunting channel. Me and my best friend like to go out to some forest and hunt for the rare fungi or black gold as they call them. Truffles are one of the most expensive and rare ingredients used in cooking, also called "Diamonds of the kitchen". Usually found by dogs or pigs that are trained to hunt them. Even though they are related to mushrooms, truffles are a lot harder to find and they sell for a much higher price tag.
