Thank you for all the early birthday wishes even if it's still two more weeks. I'm back to making content this week so expect a new video this weekend. The "Chapter by chapter" series might be a little delayed though. I'll start it once I have finished writing the draft for the book.

It's my birthday today. I almost forgot about it. I have been so preoccupied with writing that I lost a tramck of time. That being said, I have set it as a goal for myself to finish writing this book by March 31st. I have 9 out of 25 chapters left to write.
That means there will be very few new videos in near future since I'm focusing most of my energy on writing as I'm getting closer to the end.
PS: Are there any fans of Dexter in my audience? I am watching the new prequel series, "Original Sin". What are your thoughts on it? Personally I really enjoy how it has the vibe of the early seasons but have some issues with it from a purely narrative perspective.
Edit: I'm an idiot. I have my birthday next month. 😅 Just shows how little contact with reality I have had this month.

Hey everyone. The next video has taken much longer to make than I anticipated. It's a pretty big project to begin with but on top of that i ended up getting sick these last two weeks and needed to take it easy. It wasn't all that bad. I got to rewatch 4 seasons of Dexter. The video will probably be ready today. Overall, I had plans to make 5 videos this month before the end of the year but I don't think that will be possible. I still feel a little fatigued.
I will be doing a new livestream on December 22 (6 pm London time) on which I will talk more about the book progress and will explain how you, if you have any experience with transition or detransition, can contribute to the research I'm doing for this book. Otherwise, I will try to make this livestream as Christmas-y as possible.

Just finished re-reading a good chunk of Plato's dialogues which I haven't visited in years since my interest has largely moved from ancient Greek philosophy to contemporary philosophy in the last decade but I must say I have had fun with this. This may or may not have something to do with the video I'll be working on next week. 🤫

Which holiday do you prefer? Christmas or Halloween. Personally, I'm more of a Christmas guy and enjoy decorating Christmas tree with my mum every year. While we do celebrate Halloween in Norway, I don't think it has the same cultural significance as in the US. Besides, I have always loved horror films and video games and the horror aesthetic since I was a kid so Halloween doesn't feel that special. I let others celebrate it that day while I take a break from the spooky stuff.

As many of you know, I am done making detrans/trans content on this channel for now. I will post two more videos n this topic with guests before the end of this year and those will be the last ones. I might get back to making videos on this type of content again at some point but that will likely happen after I have finished and published my book. (I'm writing Act II at the moment). Otherwise, I will continue making the non-detrans content as usual.
Since my next guest is a Norwegian transman and we will be filming this week I was wondering, how many of you would like to know about the treatment model in Norway. This question is primarily directed to my non-Norwegian viewers (97%). If this is of interest I'll make sure to have some focus on that in the video.
And finally, I'm happy to announce that I will be starting a new series on this channel from January. It's called Chapter by Chapter in which I will be discussing one chapter of a specific book in each video of this series until we're done with the whole book. I will be covering both fiction and non-fiction. I kind of want to tell you what book I'm gonna do first but I want it to be a surprise.
