Welcome to my YouTube page! My name is Jake Dalton and I am a 2 Time Olympic Gymnast. I have 4 World Championship medals. Gymnastics has been my entire life. It has allowed me to do some really great things and see some amazing places. Now that I retired from gymnastics I am busy running our family gymnastics club and traveling doing the things I couldn't do before with training! I hope you join along and enjoy my channel!
