Welcome, this channel is all about holistic wellness + motherhood + birth!
When I had my first child I felt very out of the loop when it came to pregnancy, parenting, birth and motherhood. There weren't very many youtube or blog creators making videos that I was looking for, so I have created my own channel to fill that gap. I am equally passionate about holistic health and helping people to open their minds to better nutrition, alternative medicine and more balanced way of taking care of their bodies, minds, and spirits.
