I just saw on Instagram that some people are threatening to poison Trump supporters . It can be just nonsensical blabber online but please be aware if you eat out. We all know that the first bio hazard attack in American soil was using bacteria and restaurant areas/ salad bars done by religious extremists ā¦. Please be careful where you eat .

We all know groceries are more expensive now and I would like to share this frugal meal idea , the whole thing costed us $12.91 or 3.22 per serving ! Itās so easy to make : ground turkey with pasta sauce spaghetti, mashed potatoes and some frozen veggies cooked with some butter . When I was growing up mashed potato was a āfancyā thing , so we only had in special occasions therefore eating spaghetti with mashed potatoes may sound crazy but itās actual comfort food to me
