At Head Held High Foundation, we believe in the power of self-reflection to bring about positive change. Today, we are focusing on a simple yet impactful practice: self-reflection in front of a mirror. Why mirror practice? Because true confidence goes beyond external appearances; it involves nurturing inner strength and self-belief. Standing before the mirror, words of encouragement and empowerment reverberate. Phrases like "I am capable. I am resilient. I am enough," fill the space as individuals embrace their full potential. We invite you to join us in adopting this self-reflection practice, as we work together to create a community built on confidence, resilience, and self-compassion. Together, through individual reflections, we can spark transformation and bring about positive change.hashtag#MirrorWork hashtag#SelfReflection hashtag#Empowerment hashtag#HeadHeldHighFoundation

Nagamma hails from Jalahalli Village, Devdurga Taluk in Raichur District, a region where socio-economic challenges intertwine with personal adversities. After the death of her father, Nagamma, battling financial hardships and physical disability, found herself confined to her home with few prospects for advancement. The dual burden of a physical disability and the sudden responsibility of contributing to her family's income after her father's death left Nagamma in a precarious position. Her mobility restrictions and lack of formal education further limited her access to traditional employment opportunities, plunging her into deep isolation and vulnerability. The turning point came when Nagamma was introduced to the Head Held High Foundation (HHH), an organization dedicated to transforming lives through skill development. With her family’s encouragement, she participated in an intensive training program that covered marketing, production, and digital technology. The program specifically tailored its approach to address her needs, equipping her with skills to manage online financial transactions using tools like PhonePe and Google Pay, which are essential for modern businesses.Leveraging the skills she acquired, Nagamma began crafting intricate three-thread pocket pieces, a craft requiring significant skill and patience, with each piece taking a full day to create. She priced her unique products at 300 rupees each, a testament to their quality and her craftsmanship.Encouraged by her initial success, she is now planning to expand her business. She aims to establish an online presence to reach wider markets and is also aspiring to open her own shop in her village. Today, Nagamma is a beacon of resilience and determination. Her story is not just about overcoming personal and financial challenges; it is about the transformative power of empowerment and education. She inspires others in her community to pursue their aspirations regardless of the obstacles. In her own words - I extend my deepest gratitude to the nasscom foundation and the Head Held High Foundation for their invaluable support in my journey. At HHH, we acknowledge the persistent digital divide that acts as a barrier to financial inclusion, education, access to information, and improved economic opportunities. This divide is often more pronounced when it comes to women.
To confront this issue, we are thrilled to announce our collaboration with nasscom foundation to empower women artisans in the aspirational district of Raichur, Karnataka, by providing them with essential digital literacy skills.
Our goal is to enable these women not only to navigate the digital landscape but also to actively participate in the digital economy. This transformative project entails introducing women artisans to various digital business applications, enabling transactions, utilizing digital marketing tools, listing their products on digital sales platforms, and establishing crucial connections with formal credit institutions.
Through this initiative, we aspire to diminish the digital disparity that hinders the progress of women artisans. By embracing technology, we are not only enhancing their economic prospects but also fostering a more inclusive and empowered community.

Meet Suman Singh, 31, from Kamiur, a place in Madhya Pradesh where education is treasured but challenging for everyone. Suman's family had a tough time. Her dad worked away from home, her mum held household things together, and money was always tight.
In 2019, Suman's father suffered paralysis and subsequently passed away, plunging the family into financial turmoil. The challenging circumstances forced Suman to discontinue her education in the 8th grade, as their financial situation became increasingly difficult. Life became an arduous struggle with limited financial resources.
However, a turning point came when Suman discovered the Head Held High Foundation and its transformative training during HHH Team visit. Motivated by the prospect of positive change, Suman eagerly enrolled in the youth transformation program. Over the course of six months, she received coaching in computer skills, honed her spoken English, and gained valuable preparation for job interviews.
Thanks to the support of our generous donor, ACC Trust, Suman Singh underwent transformative training that equipped her with the skills necessary to secure a position at a Shell petrol station in Bangalore. With the unwavering support of her mother, Suman not only resumed her education but also successfully completed her 12th grade. Her determination and newfound skills enabled her to achieve financial independence, earning 12,000 rupees a month. In a testament to her resilience, Suman even played a pivotal role in assisting her older brother in securing a good job in Bangalore. Presently, she is actively pursuing a degree through distance education, aiming to create a brighter future for her family.
Suman's journey vividly illustrates the crucial role of education. It not only enabled her to secure a good job and achieve financial stability but also solidified her belief that education is the key to empowering girls.
