Rise Up Yoga began with a dream between two partners to make creative, high quality yoga videos in unique locations. We've combined our passions (Ashley as a 500-hr trauma informed RYT and tarot reader, Gordon as a videographer and creative guru) to create a space for you to feel deeply supported and inspired along your journey.
Our intention for Rise Up Yoga is for it to be a community space where you can explore the depths of your whole being while remaining rooted in presence. We commit to providing classes that help you build a solid yoga foundation and enhance your existing practice, depending on where you're at in your journey. While we value creativity and innovation, we also honor the roots of yoga while supporting the growth of an inclusive and diversified yoga community. Classes are cultivated on the values of acceptance, growth, authenticity, mindfulness, love, and playfulness.
