a quick update:
haven't begun feeling better and am doing some testing to see what's actually happening. Just know that as soon as I get better we're going back to regular daily beats!

Just wanted to let you all know that I've come down with a terrible cold and it struck me unprepared, I unfortunately don't have any videos in the vault so that is why there was no upload yesterday. Unfortunately there will be no upload tonight as well and I'm hoping to have one tomorrow but it all depends on my well being.
