Born as John Simon Mseke in Arusha, Tanzania on August 27th, 1980, he began his career as part of the River Camp group and released his first hit, "Chochote Popote," in 2006. The following year, he released his debut album titled "Zamu Yangu." He has collaborated with many international artists, including the late AKA, Davido from Nigeria, and Navio.
