Dong-Kyu Lee is an active conductor, educator, and church musician. He is the founding Artistic Director of the professional vocal ensemble Seoul Vocal Artists. He also serves as a lecturer at Yonsei University, and Presbyterian University and Theological Seminary. He is the Principal Conductor and the Director of the Church Music Academy at Hansung Presbyterian Church and serves as Secretary for the Korean Federation for Choral Music. Additionally, he worked as a guest conductor for the Bucheon Civic Chorale.
Dr. Lee has won awards from several competitions and has presented at numerous conferences including the 2020 ACDA Eastern Regional Conference and the Mahidol University Choral Festival in Thailand. His article was featured in the Choral Journal, October 2020.
Dong-Kyu Lee received his Doctor of Musical Arts degree from University of Alabama, his Master of Music from University of Louisville and Bachelor of Music from Presbyterian University and Theological Seminary.
