Why donāt you like cinemasins Flahgy?
Well on top of them just choosing to hate on pieces of art that most people cherish with their stupid nitpicks, constant belittling and annoying behavior, going back and forth on their story on the purpose of their channel being made for āsatireā or to say what is āSeriously Wrong with Hollywoodā
They have moments like this. Where the ONE THING THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD AT. Is objectively incorrect

Iāve been meaning to do this for a while but anyway. Sonic 3 Review. (NO SPOILERS)
If youāve seen the first two, go see this one. If youāve had interest in these movies, go ahead and watch them cuz this movies pretty dang good.
Pros:
- Sonic: Was his most enjoyable and most mature. His jokes didnāt fall entirely flat, and his character arc (while a little forced) did feel like it is a step in the right direction
- Tails : Tails is MUCH MUCH MUCH better in this movie then the previous one, cuz he feels like Sonicās friend and not just a parasocial fanboy like he was in the second movie.
- Knuckles: Definitely not as prominent in the second movie but his character was not destroyed and they made sure knuckles stood on the same principles of honor and respect that he did in the second movie. They didnāt dumb him down either, Knuckles is always at his best when he is naive, not stupid. And thatās what they did for this movie
-Shadow: Itās shadow the hedgehog? Voiced be Keanu reeves? Do I really need to say why he was good? The whole Maria back story was very nicely built up, and he makes a REALLY good antagonist against sonic.
- Eggmen (& Agent Stone): Jim Carrey does great playing both Robotnikās in this movie and is honestly one of the best performances of his from the movies Iāve seen (ONE of the best, NOT THE BEST) Agent Stone was also a great voice of reason for Robotnik in this movie and I love they really leaned into the comedic relationship between Robotnik and Stone and made it a little more serious
- Human Characters: Tom and Maddie (Sonicās adoptive parents..?) Were also at their best in this movie, they didnāt bog down any scenes they were in and actually contributed to the overall plot.
-Pacing: The best of the triology so far, the ending was a little rushed but it is honestly the best paced videogame movie Iāve seen
- CGI: Mostly good. There are moments where the greenscreening kind of is noticeable but itās at moments where it almost feels intentional? Like they make it look bad to add some more comedic effect to the scene which. If that was intentional good on them, if not. It doesnāt RUIN the movie.
Cons:
-Wish there was more of shadow, Eggmen kind of took over the majority of the villain screen time for this movie, which I mean that wasnāt wasted. It was 100% fair they used it this way, I just was hoping for some more shadow backstory, or just shadow in general.
- Ending conflictās resolution kind of felt rushed, granted thatās because it is a kids movie. But there are other movies aimed towards kids (Puss in Boots Last Wish, and Spiderverse) that deal with these kinds of conflicts much more maturely but still in a way kids can understand. And if sonic 3 did that, this movie could honestly be not just a Great Videogame Movie, but just overall a GREAT movie period.
In Conclusion:
8/10 as a non sonic fan
9.5/10 for Sonic Fans because holy crap this movieās fan service was bonkers

I try to make my Video Upload schedule to AT LEAST 1 Video per month but itās not always guaranteed. Due to my irl schedule being super cluttered but Iām getting better at keeping a consistent schedule.
My lil mascot character is named Flahgy and Jetro, and my channel name was entirely named after him.
