I'm Chris, born in 1984 with an extreme life threatening chronic illness - Cystic Fibrosis - and I've been told too many times I should make a channel to share my story.

I'm simply trying my best to figure out the giant equation that is a healthy and fulfilling everyday life.

The past four decades have been one tough experience after the other (after another, after another, after another, aft... You get it!) without a break and - pretty much starting from scratch - I'm trying "to human" again and build a future after all but dying twice in my early and mid 30's.

I'd love to say that my body is the only issue but, truth be told, my mind is just as, if not more of an issue now having struggled so much for so long.

Turning 40 this year with no job, no Mrs, no kids and nearly 40yrs of mental and physical health issues I'm asking a loooot of questions about values.

I'm showing my work and trying to share some stories to hopefully show what's possible. ✌🏼
