Rejection really destroyed me.
I remember how much i closed off like a shell, shut down my heart, lived in fear, became hyper anxious and so much more
But the biggest it left me with…was a battered self worth.
So i know what you’ve felt when you’ve been rejected.. especially by someone you wanted.
And that’s why I’ve put together this Freedom from Rejection 3-day challenge.. to help people HEAL the effects of the rejection wounds they’ve faced…to learn to soothe and regulate their nervous system.. and to build up their self worth and confidence again.
