Hi guys! I’m Emily!
I have ADHD, Anxiety, Emotional Dysregulation and Depression, as well as having sleep disorders.
I am here to answer questions, bust myths, and tell you what it is actually like to be neurodiverse, instead of the stereotype.
I will also give tips on how to manage ADHD, Anxiety and all the rest. I will just say that these are just tips, you can feel free to have your own way of functioning and I will give tips for the people who have people close to them with neurodivergent brains.
