"The best generation is my generation, then the ones who come after them, then the ones who come after them." (Sahih al-Bukhari 6429, Sahih Muslim 2533)
And as he ﷺ said, when clarifying who the only saved sect will be: "Whoever is upon that which I and my companions are upon today." (At-Tirmithee (2641), hasan (good) according to Al-Albâni)
