My number one passion is music.
Born in El Salvador, raised in Cali starting at the age of nine. I went from one place plagued with addiction to another; recently I'm finding that addiction has a very strong presence no matter where you go. Addiction is very debilitating and it's extremely common in today's society. If there is a problem I feel the need to fight against, it would probably be addiction. How are we trying to solve gender equality, AI, sustainability issues when so many of us can't even stay sober for 48 hours? It doesn't make much sense. If you listen to any of my original music, you'll notice that most of the songs comment on addiction problems.
I studied psychology at UCSB, I believe in the power of psychological therapy and self help methods like breath work and meditation and overall education. One of my purposes in life is to make therapy more accessible and less stigmatized...and music!
