Youth Commission of Tamil Nadu Latin Catholic Bishops' Council links the Youth Ministry of 18 Latin Catholic Dioceses of Tamil Nadu. TCYM is the official movement of the Commission which coordinates the Catholic Youth's activities, gives them formation through various training programs to become good Christians, better citizens and fully human persons and helps them plan for the activities for the change. YCS/YSM is also another official movement of the Commission which helps the student community to build a New Society through its methodology i.e., Awareness, Reflection, Action and Evaluation.

தமிழ்நாடு ஆயர் பேரவையின் இளைஞர் பணிக்குழுவானது தமிழ்நாட்டின் 18 இலத்தீன் கத்தோலிக்க மறைமாவட்டங்களின் இளைஞர் பணியை ஒருங்கிணைக்கிறது. பணிக்குழுவின் இயக்கங்களாகிய தமிழ்நாடு கத்தோலிக்க இளைஞர் இயக்கம், தமிழ்நாடு இளம் கத்தோலிக்க மாணாக்கர் / இளம் மாணாக்கர் இயக்கம் ஆகிய இயக்கங்களின் வழியாக இளைஞர்களையும் மாணாக்கர்களையும் ஒருங்கிணைத்து, புதிய குமுகம் படைக்க வழிகாட்டுகிறது.
