My mission is to make healing accessible, possible, and done in alignment to one's own individual and authentic needs. I believe in the power of collective care and staying with the catalyst of change no matter the discomfort so we can both learn how to love and unlearn how to harm - ourselves - each other - our collective consciousness - our world.
I work with love, trauma, and grief through the universal modalities of yoga, meditation, nature, and nurture.
My practice is deeply spiritual as well as political.
