‼️‼️Apparently youtube has added a new feature to video options called "Stable Volume" that can negatively affect music and ASMR if it's set to on. I'm not sure if this affects any videos I have up but in case you notice a sudden and drastic lapse in audio quality on my videos or other people's in general, it might be because Stable Volume is turned on.
Anyways, I'm just finishing up the visuals for a Tenchi Muyo piano cover comp, so that should be uploaded later today or probably tomorrow, if I'm honest. c:

Bad news, everyone. My mission to collaborate with a distributor to get my covers on streaming services has come to a disappointing failure and my covers were rejected.
What I've found out is that because my covers differ too much from the original songs, they no longer count as covers but are classified as "derivatives" which aren't allowed on distribution services, and I also would not qualify to purchase mechanical licenses (basically pay 15$ per song for the ability to stream covers) because again, they have classified my covers as derivatives. I even tried with the most basic of piano covers I've done that barely (if at all) changed parts of the melodies, but still rejected and told it was derivative.
Not gonna lie, I'm pretty disappointed about this, mostly because I feel like I've let down the people asking me to put it on spotify/itunes/etc. I've regrettably already paid for a full year to use the distribution service, so I'll at least put my original work on it, anyways. In the meantime, I'll work on uploading some ad-free covers for members here, and they can also be found on my Patreon. Even if you don't want to subscribe there, I still release random things completely free, so subscribing as a free member could be fun, maybe perhaps?
I am so terribly sorry to disappoint those who've asked me to stream them. I think I will start learning how to create a 24/7 livestream of my covers once I move out of this apartment, so hopefully that will help out people who get terrorized by ads.

Smol update!
Right now, I'm working on a few different projects, so I made this trello ( trello.com/b/31X4TjqM/atelier-minuette ) so people can see what series I'm currently working on and also what series I will be planning to tackle in the future. I will also be tracking requested series and songs there as well!
Spotify/iTunes/Streaming Services - I am planning to get this going hopefully by the beginning of March, so people will be able to stream individual songs there. I know you guys have been asking for this, and it's coming soon c:
Smaller Uploads - just for a bit, I might be uploading a few more individual song covers or smaller piano cover compilations. We're experiencing some difficulties irl and are in the process of moving out of our apartment. It's pretty sudden and wasn't planned, so I hope everyone will be patient and understanding in the meantime <3
I'm really grateful to people who have been supportive here and on youtube and in general. I try hard to reply to most comments left on youtube but I'm sure I've missed some, but I am always really happy to read them and it makes me happy when people share their memories and nostalgia, so thank you for for sharing that and thank you for listening!

I have a special video planned soon to cover some serious Classic Toonami nostalgia! I really want to make this one special! On the side, I also have planned a JRPG multi-cover comp and The Last Unicorn <3 Kingdom hearts and FF7 to come later!

Now that the FFX-2 video is up, I've been thinking I really would love to do some covers of nostalgic anime series from the Toonami era. I miss how good it felt seeing Toonami Tom's spaceship on the screen and seeing glimpses of DBZ scenes and random Gundam pilots off to war! What are some of your favorite series/songs from that era?

Hato friends, gremlins, and ghouls. I saw this on my front page today so I'm sharing it with you while I continue working on some FFX-2 covers! It makes my heart sooooo so happy seeing how much love for this game still exists today. I hope one day we get a remake like 7, or a prequel with The Dads. A Dadquel. Auron still counts btw, he's basically everyone's dad in FFX and nothing anyone will say will make me believe otherwise.
