Jolee’s Kitchen, a career woman/mother’s vlog sharing my joy of cooking and baking through tested recipes; my thoughts and bits of my life after 60. I grew up in a family who is very interested in food. I dabbled in the kitchen since six years old, observed and learned from family members and relatives who specialized in different Chinese cooking like Hakka, Hokkien, Cantonese, Teow Chew and Straits Chinese Nyonya. A foodies and love to travel, I developed interest in other cuisine too. We shall cook better and live better. Let’s cook together!
煮丽厨房,家的味道。身为一名职业妇女,需要事业家庭兼顾。我在此分享分享我烹饪和烘焙的乐趣, 简单化,零失败的食谱, 视频里也有我六十后的感想与生活点滴。在我的记忆里,从六歲开始, 我已经在厨房里帮头帮尾了。家人对饮食什有要求,我也从中耳濡目染,不但享受美食,也学会烹饪及烘焙的技巧。有幸的随着姻亲关系,我也有机会学习更多的佳肴。除了自家的客家及福建菜,还有广东,潮州和娘惹菜。我爱好美食及旅游,兴趣使我不断的钻研各地之食材特色。我们会越煮越好,话得更好,一起来煮吧!
