Got the treadmill working again. Down to 213 from 218 in the past week and a half. Going to visit my family this weekend and train with my dad! First time seeing them since Christmas, first time home since last august. Get to see my dog too. Cant wait. Ladies and gentlemen, family is so important. Strong family= strong country. Here we go with our first treadmill session. 4 miles is the goal, with 8 miles today as our final goal. Trained yesterday arms and legs, new PR on legs press 400 pounds. PR on dips-35, and preacher curls110 pounds. Didnât squat, did leg extensions, leg press superset, then hip adductions. Yessir yessir this cut is GLORIOUS and will post befor as after pictures. Already down 5 pounds from last week now at 213 from 217.
Thanks to my ancestors and the Gods and Goddesses I am able to cultivate my virility and sexual essence and turn it into muscle. Thanks to Eir, for enhanced recovery with sleep. Boys and girls- naps are SUPERIOR to anything else for recovery. Take naps when you can. It helps so much with recovery. I try to get 9 hours a night, got 8 hours last night and slept in to 550 instead of 5 when I usually get up. The holiday Iâll do the same tomorrow.

4 miles earlier now finishing with 2 miles for 6. Legs and arms again today. PR on dips for 27 total body weight dips. Down from 217 to 213 from last week, mostly water weight I think. Calories are 2300 for the past two days, now today is 2/2100. Paul Revelia is seriously the man for explaining how walking is the greatest for fat loss, and is very easy to do once you get your mind right. 90 Days- 30 pounds is the goal.
