Hey fam, these past two weeks have been a real rollercoaster! I’ve been fighting to get orange juice, honey, and walnuts to work in my sourdough, and let me tell you—the struggle has been real. The orange juice just wasn’t cooperating, and after what felt like a million tries, I finally swapped it for orange extract... and thank goodness, it turned out beautifully! I’m so excited to share this recipe with you all—it's been a journey, but I promise, it's worth the effort. Give it a try, I think you'll love it!

Hey everyone, I just had to share this with you today. So, I was in the kitchen, baking some of my favorite recipes, and it got me thinking about my mom. You guys, she’s seriously the reason I got into baking in the first place.
Growing up, we moved around a lot because of her job, but no matter where we were, she'd always be whipping up something amazing in the kitchen. Her food isn't just delicious, it's like magic – it brings people together. Even when things were tough, she never stopped baking and selling her dishes to support us. It's super inspiring.
Honestly, I was pretty shy and doubted myself a lot when I first thought about selling my own baked goods. But watching my mom push through those same fears showed me that it’s possible. She made me realize that food is more than just cooking – it’s about connecting with people and making them happy.
