If you didn't see me apply thermal paste, that means CPU fan or AIO comes with pre-applied thermal paste.
Q. You mounted AIO wrong.
Top or bottom tube, either works fine as long as the top of the loop is higher than the pump. Check out the Gamers Nexus & JayzTwoCents videos.
