Born in Taiwan and raise in L.A., I ventured back to Taipei to pursue a music career after graduating from the University of California, at Davis in 2005. After my first album release “我愛你” in 2006, I opted out of my record contract and attempted to advance my career through singing competitions over the next few years, to no avail. After a few years of struggling, I decided to call it quits due to financial issues. After gaining stability years later, I again decided to pursue my true passion at the urging of my close friends. In August 2020, under a new moniker K.Swo, a new single “太熱了” was born. A few months later, gathering some of my good friends, including international superstars Van Ness Wu 吳建豪 and Cindy Yen 袁詠琳, to put together a tribute song “一起走過” for one of my closest friends who had recently passed. Up next is my most pop friendly, upbeat ballad “(Not) Over You” with international Mandopop star Kimberley 陳芳語 set to release October 29, 2021 Instagram: @kswomusic
