I don't know what changed after all these years, but @disneychannel seemingly just remembered they have the rights to Brandy & Mr. Whiskers and I am *very* ready to introduce all of my friends to one of my favorite shows that seemingly just disappeared for no reason after a while.
With any luck we might actually get an *official, legit* DVD/BluRay release sometime!

Anyway I was really hyped for https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WRHSG... but unfortunately it seems like there's some kind of audio issue where the audio is all panned to the left? Weird. Either way, please check out The Creature Cases if you're into light-hearted animal-focused family-friendly cartoons. I dig it, maybe others will too!
(On the other hand if you're just in the mood for over the top animated wrestling and don't care where it's coming from, get on that new Kinnikuman series! It's uh. A bit more violent than a family friendly show, but it's still pretty goofy and fun and has dudes in bright outfits SLAMMING eachother!)
