متولد ۱۳۲۲ شمسى در تهران. فرزند دوم مرحوم مهندس مهدى بازرگان. فوق ليسانس رشته معمارى دانشگاه ملى. ۴۵ سال تجربه در ساخت و طراحى ساختمانهاى دولتى و خصوصى. عضويت در نهضت آزادى، انجمن اسلامى مهندسين، جمعيت دفاع از آزادى و حاكميت ملت، و جنبش مسلمانان مبارز. سردبير روزنامه ميزان، فرا راه و مجله مدارا. تاليف ۱۹ جلد کتاب و مقالات تحقيقى متعدد درباره قرآن و اسلام. اقامت كنونى در کاليفرنيا جنوبى و اشتغال به کار ساختمانى و تدريس در مراکز اسلامى

Member of Freedom Movement of Iran, Islamic Engineers Association, Society of Defending Freedom and Democracy, Muslim Students Association, etc.
Over 20 publications in Sociology-Religious subjects, including Quranic research and Islamic teachings
Currently living in Southern California and lecturing at several cultural and educational centers
