Brooklyn For Peace was founded in 1984 as Brooklyn Parents for Peace, in response to the U.S invasion of Grenada. This non-profit is a diverse network of Brooklyn residents committed to eliminating war and the social injustices that are its causes. We promote U.S. policies based not on coercion and violence, but on peace, justice, democratic advancement, human rights and respect for international law. On this channel we post videos of our educational forums and activities that cover current events and issues around the peace, climate and economic justice movements.
