我來自北京,有53年的餐飲業經驗,其中18年在北美从业。早年曾在北京四川飯店、全聚德烤鴨集團、北京烹飪協會工作过。是中国烹飪大師、國家餐飲業一級評審。多年来,积累了大量的川、鲁、粤、淮菜经验。
现告老归休,古稀之年,閒暇之餘,我就和大家一起研究如何根據家裡的烹飪條件做中餐。
最幸福的時刻就是我們兩個一起做菜,一起享用那天的晚餐。
Living in a foreign country, do you miss the taste of home like me?
I am from Beijing and have 53 years of experience in the catering industry, 18 of which have been in North America. In his early years, he worked at Beijing Sichuan Hotel, Quanjude Roast Duck Group, and Beijing Cuisine Association. He is a Chinese cooking master and a national first-level catering industry reviewer. Over the years, we have accumulated a lot of experience in Sichuan, Shandong, Guangdong and Huai cuisine.
Now that I have retired from old age, and in my spare time, I will study with you how to make Chinese food according to the home cooking conditions.
The happiest moment is when the two of us cook the dishes and enjoy them together as dinner that day.
